A restaurant on Plattr gets its menu online, gets found, takes orders and bookings, and brings guests back, from one dashboard instead of many separate tools:

## Who Plattr is for

Independent restaurants, cafés and small chains that want their menu, their guests and their orders in one place instead of in many separate tools. Plattr starts in Germany: the dashboard speaks German (and 19 more languages), allergen and calorie tags are part of every plan, and the Plattr Guide lives at plattr.de. Each location has its own plan, so a group can run one location on Free and another on Standard.

## How a restaurant starts

1. Put the menu online with Flipper: send a link, PDF or photo of the menu at https://flipper.plattr.me/. Free, no account needed.
2. Create a free account at https://www.plattr.me/register: the menu, QR codes for the tables and a page in the Plattr Guide. No credit card.
3. Grow when ready: Mini adds the Swipe menu, table ordering and loyalty cards; Standard adds the website, webshop, bookings, campaigns and the Insights Hub.

No developer is needed: everything is set up in the dashboard.

## Data protection

- Plattr works under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The privacy policy, the data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) and the joint controller agreement (Art. 26 GDPR) are public.
- Google Analytics on plattr.me runs only after a visitor agrees in the cookie banner.
- Marketing messages go only to guests who agreed to them; every guest marketing e-mail carries a link to change that choice.
- Files uploaded to Flipper are read by AI and deleted right after.
- Content moderation follows the EU Digital Services Act (moderation policy).
