How the free Guide booking works

When you create a free account and list your restaurant on plattr.de, a "Book a Table" button appears on your listing. Guests select their party size, date, and preferred time. You get a notification and can confirm or decline.

The booking flow supports party sizes from 1 to 8+ guests (with a custom input for larger groups). Date selection uses a scrollable calendar, and time slots respect your restaurant's settings, including minimum advance booking hours. This is the same booking interface used across all of Plattr, tested and refined.

Reducing no-shows

Managing bookings from your dashboard

The Plattr booking dashboard gives you a calendar view with week and month navigation. Each booking shows the guest's name, party size, time, and source. You can filter by date, status (confirmed, pending, cancelled, no-show), and booking channel. Color-coded statuses make it easy to scan at a glance.
