Restaurant Analytics with Plattr Insights Hub
Stop guessing what works. Insights Hub shows you real data — guest trends, menu performance, booking patterns, and loyalty metrics — all in one dashboard.

Most restaurant owners make decisions based on gut feeling. Which dishes sell best? What time do bookings peak? Which loyalty program drives the most repeat visits? Without data, every decision is a guess. With the wrong data, it's a confident wrong guess.
What is Insights Hub?
Insights Hub is Plattr's analytics system, available on the Plus plan (EUR 139/month) and above. It has two components: Pulse and Menu Intelligence. Together they give you a complete picture of how your restaurant is performing across bookings, loyalty, menu engagement, and guest behavior.
Pulse — your restaurant's vital signs
Pulse is the real-time dashboard. It shows you active loyalty members, new enrollments this week, scan frequency, booking trends, and guest retention rates. Think of it as the heartbeat monitor for your restaurant's customer relationships.
The data updates in real-time as guests scan their loyalty cards, make bookings, and interact with your digital menu. You see trends as they happen, not in a monthly report that arrives too late to act on.
Menu Intelligence — what your menu is telling you
Menu Intelligence analyzes which dishes guests engage with most, which ones get ordered, and how menu changes affect sales. If you have QR table ordering, you get precise data on what sells and what doesn't.
Combined with recipe engineering (available on the Pro plan at EUR 249/month), Menu Intelligence helps you make data-driven decisions about pricing, placement, and which dishes to promote or retire.
Booking analytics
See your booking patterns over time. Which days are busiest? What's your average party size? How many no-shows happen and when? Which booking channel (Guide, direct link, widget) drives the most reservations? These insights help you staff correctly and optimize your availability.
No-show rates are tracked per customer, helping you identify repeat offenders. Learn more about reducing no-shows with smart booking.
Loyalty analytics
Track how your loyalty programs perform. Enrollment rates, scan frequency, reward redemptions, member activity over time. See which program type (stamps, points, cashback) drives the most return visits. Compare member spending vs. non-member spending.
Wallet adoption metrics show how many members have added their card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, and how that affects engagement.
Basic analytics vs. Insights Hub
Basic analytics are included on every plan, even the free tier. You get visit counts, basic loyalty stats, and menu views. Insights Hub on the Plus plan adds the full Pulse dashboard, Menu Intelligence, trend analysis, and booking analytics.
The Pro plan (EUR 249/month) adds advanced campaign analytics, VIP Tier progression tracking, and Recipe Engineering data. See all plan features on the pricing page.
Acting on the data
Data without action is just numbers on a screen. Insights Hub is designed to prompt specific actions. If your no-show rate spikes on Fridays, consider requiring confirmation for Friday bookings. If a menu item has high views but low orders, the price might be too high or the description isn't compelling enough. If loyalty scans drop in a particular week, check whether your staff is proactively asking guests to scan.
The dashboard uses simple visual indicators: green for trending up, red for trending down, neutral for stable. You don't need a data science degree to understand what's happening. The patterns are presented clearly enough that any restaurant owner or manager can spot issues and opportunities at a glance.
Comparing periods
Insights Hub lets you compare week-over-week and month-over-month trends. Did your new birthday coupon campaign increase return visits? Compare the 30 days before and after. Did moving to QR ordering change your average check? The data shows you the impact of every change you make.
Seasonal patterns become visible over time. You'll see that bookings spike in December, that loyalty scans drop in August (vacation season), and that your lunch crowd behaves differently from your dinner crowd. These patterns inform staffing, inventory, and marketing decisions throughout the year.
Make decisions with data, not guesses. Sign up for Plattr and start seeing what your restaurant data is telling you.
